Our hot water extraction process starts with a dry vacuum, followed by a pre-treating solution for whole carpet which helps with those problem areas. A Counter Rotating Brush helps agitate the solution to bring hair and debris to the surface. Then, we use the steam extractor with a rinsing agent which helps balance your carpets natural pH.

Our Very Low Moisture (VLM) method starts with a dry vacuum, followed by a pre-treating solution for whole carpet which helps with those problem areas. A Counter Rotating Brush helps agitate the solution to bring hair and debris to the surface. We follow up with an orbital machine paired with specifically designed encapsulation treatment. This method offers dry times of 1-2 hours.
